A Right Attitude

Respect for others is essential. If a (new) person is brought into the company where you work, it is in very bad taste to make negative comments about the company in question. Typically, the people who do this are mediocre employees, fearful of being evicted or fired.

Welcoming them and offering your help in whatever way you can will speak highly of you, and that new colleague will feel comfortable with you and the company.

Professional ethics is very important at work, if you feel bad in your current job, you go to the Human Resources Department and resign, but do not discredit the company that gave you work. In our country, specifically in the City of Santiago, it is already customary that there is always an employee, (in many companies this is the case) that when they enter a new person, they take on the task of speaking ill of the bosses, of the company and even of a colleague, in order for that new person to leave and not accept the job and then boast that no one supports the work environment in it. The best suggestion is to avoid this kind of partner.

A perfect life

Finding an ideal job, profession, partner, and a perfect life may be easier said than done, but with strong commitment, focus, and effort, anything can be done. Fortunately, the return on investment should outweigh the work.

What would you give to have your perfect job, career and life?

The happiest and most satisfied people live the perfect job, career, and life for them. This does not mean that living your life would be perfect for you. Like a snowflake, perfection is individually defined. It is achievable for anyone who is willing to put the effort into defining it, discovering it, and searching for it.

The perfect job, career, and life come in many shapes and sizes that generally equate to happiness, fulfillment, and success.

Once you have a basic understanding of what you are passionate about, love, and naturally suit you better, you need to experiment with doing these types of tasks to confirm that you really enjoy those roles. This experimentation serves to introduce reality. Without research, you can discover only a romantic ideal of something that you think you will be able to enjoy. Experimentation will determine whether you have the natural ability or temperament required for the job you seek. And if this job will meet your expectations and make you happy.

Dismissal, divorce and the death of a family member are considered the most traumatic events in a person's life.

The fact that you get canceled from a job, you must assimilate it as a cycle that you just finished.

The first thing you should do is accept the eviction or dismissal (both are different; Eviction is when the company terminates the employment contract and dismissal is when you commit a very serious offense. In both cases you have already lost your job.)) and request a letter from them that certifies that you worked for said company; Thank them for the opportunity and move on.

In most companies they do not give the true reason for leaving, but you better than anyone, know the reasons or the reason why they no longer need you. If you don't know, you try to remember the times they caught your attention and there you will get the answer. It is good that you let them know, that you will look for a job again since you have to survive and that you need to know, what should you say when they ask you why they canceled you? In this way, you can be a little more confident when they ask you that question.

Typically, getting another job can take 60-90 days, if you're very lucky it might take less than 30 days.

Many people make the mistake of aiming for a higher salary than the previous one, but that only contributes to the process taking longer.

Ideally, you should aspire to the same salary so that it will be faster for you and try not to make the same mistake again, so that you are not in the ranks of the unemployed again.

A Vampire is a deceased person who comes out of his grave to take the blood of a living person, according to mythology or popular beliefs.

An Energetic Vampire is a living person who takes positive energy, not the blood of others.

At some time, we have all been with people who have left us without energy and it is very possible that we all know individuals who tend to deplete or depress those around them.

It can be a co-worker, a student, a brother or sister, a friend, a neighbor, a spouse, etc.

An encounter of just a few minutes will be enough for that experienced vampire to make your day bitter.

They are easy to recognize for their negative attitude, and it is that energy Vampires are frustrated, failed people who only have one goal in life and that is to damage the existence of the other, either by murmuring or criticizing them head-on as long as that person lower your energies;

Because you have possibly made it difficult to achieve your goals, you wish that the other did not achieve them as well.

Not only, they can be unsuccessful people but also, successful, but selfish people who only want success for themselves and like to minimize the other.

Some may seem sweet and cuddly, hiding any inclination to vampirism, but then attack at the precise moment leaving the other person, confused, down and even stunned.

At work, some of them tend to work in a bad mood, and emphasize the mistakes of one person in front of everyone, contributing to a negative, tense and difficult work environment.

What to do with energy vampires?

Avoid them at all costs. since they are toxic people, the relationship with them is useless.

As much as you want to change this person, you will not be able to because they are already infected and energy vampirism has no cure.

Friendship contains a deeper bond between two people. Companionship consists of helping the other person, but without that bond of loyalty that is expected of a friendship.

The difference between the two is easy to distinguish, however, many people in work confuse companionship with friendship.

It is the duty of every employee to help his coworker in whatever way he can if necessary, but for that reason he cannot be classified as a "friend. The fundamental purpose in a job is that you effectively perform the functions of a position so that the goals and objectives of the company can be carried out as planned and the expected results are obtained. If you do not help your partner in some task, you are preventing the objectives from being met, and also, you may be promoting a tense and uncooperative work climate.

Helping your coworker does not take away from you, it adds points to you.

Remember it is your partner and most of the time you will live with that person. .

It is always good to have empathy, that is, to put yourself in the place of the other.

Treat that new person as you would like to be treated, if you were new to a job.

It is a way of helping to maintain a healthy and happy work environment.

And you have a job, now you have to keep it. Steps to keep the new job successfully:

  • Write down all the names of the employees with their respective positions in the company.

  • Learn the main activity of the Organization, the names of its owners and founders.

  • Study the rules and regulations of the company.

  • Study the functions of the position to be filled and the procedures manual on a daily basis.

  • Keep in mind that you are on a trial period of approximately three months, which would not be a good thing if you were late or missed your job.

  • Try to keep opinions on an issue related to business activity aside.

  • Do not intimidate with any partner. It is not wise, since everyone wants to know more about that new person, and it is very possible that everything you say, everyone in the company will find out .
